Communities are built of a nexus of relationships-and relationships are built on communication and trust. Starhawk shares her knowledge of magic-ancient psychology and techniques of awareness and consciousness change-to help us learn more effective ways to communicate in groups, embrace conflict constructively, and create an atmosphere of honesty, energetic support and accountability. She shares material from her forthcoming book, The Empowerment Manual: A Guide for Collaborative Groups, and offers tools for resolving disputes and dealing with difficult people. As our groups become more effective, we become more powerful agents of change and regeneration.
