The Village Builder is our official guide for the Village Building Converegence. It features all the information about our placemaking sites, evening events, workshops, and much more! We print around 1000 of them and they all go directly into the hands of passionate, supportive community members who value localization and earth-friendly ideas. These Builders get read through extensively and referred to frequently during the event as people read up on community projects and their scheduling. Left over copies get passed out during the rest of the year as publicity material during other events and gatherings. Additionally, a digital copy will be made available that will be widely distributed throughout local Portland networks and beyond and continues to spread even long after the VBC is over.
This volunteer produced publication is made possible by businesses, organizations and individuals supporting it through ads. We have a wide variety of ad sizes to fit your budget and for smaller ad sizes we're even offering to design a simple ad for you based off information you provide, at a very reasonable rate.

- Half Page: $80 (5" x 7 1/2") + $80 for us to design the ad for you
- Quarter Page: $40 (3 3/4" x 5") + $40 for us to design the ad for you
- Eighth Page: $20 (3 3/4" x 2 1/2" ) + $20 for us to design the ad for you
All ads must be 150dpi grayscale. Please submit ad placements by May 14th
